Refund and return

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with any tags attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and problems
Please check your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can investigate and rectify the problem.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We’ll contact you as soon as we’ve received and checked your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, we’ll automatically refund your original payment method within 10 working days. Please bear in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
